Part 3 — Remedies of Landlords and Tenants
29.1 Where premises are occupied by surviving spouse or partner
adult interdependent partner pursuant to Division 1 of Part 5 of the
Wills and Succession Act, any application under section 26, 28 or
29 must be made to the Court of King's Bench.
