54 Director to close building
closure of a building, and all occupants of the building and any
other persons at the building shall leave it immediately on the order
of the Director, even if they have not been previously served with
the closure order.
(2) If an occupant of a building and any other persons at the
building do not comply with a request to leave, the Director may
obtain the assistance of a peace officer to remove them from the
building.
