9 Court may set aside or vary order
tenant pursuant to section 7(6) or the Director pursuant to section 8,
the Court may do any of the following:
(a) set aside the order, if the Court is satisfied that the activities
about which an order was made have ceased and are not
likely to resume;
SAFER COMMUNITIES AND
(b) set aside or vary the order made pursuant to section 7(3), if
the Court is satisfied that it is necessary to allow the
property to be used again;
(c) vary the order to include any of the things mentioned in
section 7(3).
