duties imposed on it under this Act, may acquire real property,
construct buildings or improvements or hold or dispose of real
property.
(2) The Council, in connection with the powers conferred and
duties imposed on it under this Act, may acquire, hold and dispose
of personal property.

(3) Any money that is derived from donations that is not
immediately required for the operation of the Council may, subject
to the regulations, be invested only in accordance with the Trustee
Act.
(3.1) Subsection (3) is subject to any trust or condition that applies
to the donation.
(4) The Council may spend money only for purposes related to the
powers conferred and duties imposed on it under this Act.
(5) Notwithstanding the Financial Administration Act, any money
received by the Council belongs to the Council.
