50 Appeal of orders

(1) A person to whom an order is issued may, if the person
objects to the contents of the order, appeal the order to the Council
RSA 2000

in accordance with the Council's bylaws within 35 days after the
date the order was served on the person.
(2) The Council, on receipt of a notice of appeal in the form
approved by the Council, shall
(a) send a copy of the notice of appeal to
(i) the relevant Administrator,
(ii) the safety codes officer who issued the order being
appealed, and
(iii) an accredited municipality , accredited regional services
commission or the Authority, as the case may be, if the
subject-matter of the order is administered by the
accredited municipality, accredited regional services
commission or the Authority,
and
(b) notify the persons listed in clause (a) and the appellant of
the time and place of the appeal.
(3) An appeal may proceed under this section regardless of
whether a request was made in accordance with section 49(5).
