65.01 Implementation amendments to regulations
amend other regulations made under this Act
(a) for consistency with this Act as amended from time to time;
RSA 2000
(b) to declare more than one code , standard or body of rules in
force as amended or replaced from time to time under
section 65(3), (4) and (5).
(2) An amendment under subsection (1) may be made
notwithstanding that the regulation being amended was made by a
member of the Executive Council or some other person or body.
