43 Payment for re-survey
the municipality on whose resolution the re-survey was made, on
receipt of an invoice from the Minister, which may be issued from
time to time during the progress of the re-survey.
(2) The municipality may order that the expenses in whole or in
part be placed on the tax roll as an additional tax against the
property affected by the re-survey, in proportion to the assessed
value of the property as shown on the last assessment roll and that
amount shall be collected in the same manner as taxes on land.
