48 Re-survey of s45 land in municipality
50% of the registered owners of the land to be affected, or without
an application, pass a resolution that it is desirable to re-survey and
place monuments at the corners of parcels the boundary lines of
which were established pursuant to section 45.
(2) Sections 39(2) to (6), 40(1), (2) and (4), 41, 42 and 43 apply to
a re-survey under this section.
