53 Regulations
(a) prescribing alternative methods for the purposes of sectio n
52 that may be used to mark or determine a boundary,
corner or line;
(b) specifying the provisions o f this Act for which a prescribed
alternative method may be used;
(c) respecting the use of one o r more alternative methods and
specifying requirements as to the manner in which a
prescribed alternative method is to be used;
(d) further defining "monument" for the purposes of this Act;
(e) respecting any other ma tters related to monuments;
(f) respecting any other matter or thing that the Minister
considers necessary to carry out the intent of this Act.
