30 Disposition to "heir" or "next of kin"
had a contrary intention, a disposition of property by will to one or
more individuals described in the will as the "heir", "heirs", "next
of kin" or "kin" of the testator or of another individual must be
distributed as if the testator or other individual had died intestate.
