70 Transitional
February 1, 2012.
(2) The Intestate Succession Act, RSA 2000 cI-10, as it read
immediately before February 1, 2012, continues to apply in cases
of death occurring on or after June 1, 2003 but before February 1,
2012.
(3) The Intestate Succession Act, RSA 2000 cI-10, as it read
immediately before June 1, 2003, continues to apply in cases of
death occurring before that date.
