13 Dissolution of management body
management body, the order may contain any provisions the
Minister considers necessary
(a) to provide for the transfer or other disposal of the asset s and
property of the management body,
(b) to provide for the satisfaction or assumption of the liabi lities
and obligations of the management body, and
(c) to otherwise provide for the winding-up of the affairs of the
management body.
