26.1 Conditions of practice re interior design corporations

(1) An interior design corporation may engage in the practice
of interior design only in its corporate name or another name that is
approved by the Council pursuant to the regulations, and not
otherwise.
(2) An interior design corporation shall advise the Registrar in
writing of the names of the shareholders, directors and officers of
the corporation and of any change in the shareholders, directors or
officers forthwith after the change occurs.
(3) If an interior design corporation causes plans, drawings, detail
drawings and specifications to be prepared and to be imprinted
with the stamp issued to the corporation, it shall also cause them to
be signed by and imprinted with the seal of the licensed interior
designer who had personal supervision, direction and control over
their preparation.
