43 Evidence before Committee, Board or Council
appeal, the Council in any manner that the review panel or the
Council, as the case may be, considers appropriate, and neither the
review panel nor the Council is bound by the rules of law
respecting evidence applicable to judicial proceedings.
(2) For the purposes of an investigation, hearing or review under
this Act, a member of the review panel or, on appeal, the Council,
is conferred with the power of a commissioner for oaths under the
Notaries and Commissioners Act.
