125 Remuneration
shareholder agreement, the directors of a corporation may fix the
remuneration of the directors, officers and employees of the
corporation.
(2) Disclosure of the aggregate remuneration of directors, the
aggregate remuneration of officers and the aggregate remuneration
of employees shall be made as prescribed.
