246 Refusal by Registrar to file
document required by this Act to be filed by the Registrar before
the articles or other document becomes effective, the Registrar
shall, within 20 days after their or its receipt by the Registrar,
notify the person who sent the articles or document of the
Registrar's refusal, including reasons for the refusal.
(2) If the Registrar does not file or give written notice of the
Registrar's refusal to file any articles or document within the time
limited in subsection (1), the Registrar is deemed for the purposes
of section 247 to have refused to file the articles or document.
