25.1 Transitional Provision Transitional provision
of an agent for service to the Registrar within one year after the
coming into force of this section, or the Registrar may dissolve the
RSA 2000
corporation by issuing a certificate of dissolution under section 213
or by applying to the Court for an order dissolving the corporation
under section 218.
