278 Application
(a) an extra-provincial corpora tion required to be licensed as an
insurer under the Insurance Act,
(b) an extra-provincial corporation required to be registered
under the Loan and Trust Corporations Act, or
(c) an extra-provincial coopera tive as defined in section 1(1)(v)
of the Cooperatives Act.
