Part 21 — Extra-provincial Corporations and Extra-provincial Matters

286 New certificate of registration

(1) Subject to section 282, on the reinstatement of the
registration of an extra-provincial corporation pursuant to section
285(3), the Registrar shall issue a new certificate of registration.
(2) The cancellation of the registration of an extra-provincial
corporation does not affect its liability for its obligations.
