298 Application of Part
jurisdiction other than Alberta and that
(a) is recognized as a legal en tity under the laws of that other
jurisdiction,
(b) does not qualify to be registered under this Act as an
extra-provincial corporation, and
(c) does not qualify to be registered under the Partnership Ac t
as a partnership or a limited partnership.
