7 Delivery of articles of incorporation
(a) articles of incorporation, and
(b) the documents required by sections 12(3), 20 and 106.
(2) If the name of the corporation set out in the articles of
incorporation contains the words "Professional Corporation", the
incorporator shall also send to the Registrar evidence satisfactory to
the Registrar of an approval of the articles that is less than 2 years
old by or on behalf of the governing body of the appropriate
profession or occupation.
