20 Provision of alternative security
order,
(a) the defendant,
(b) any person claiming an inte rest in the attached property, or
(c) the person in whose possession the property was at the time
of the attachment,
RSA 2000
may have the property released from attachment by providing
sufficient alternative security in a form and amount as determined
by the Court, having regard to all the circumstances, including the
apparent value of the defendant's interest in the attached property,
or by agreement between all interested persons.
