59 Agency may deal with seized property

Where an agency has seized a debtor's interest in a security
entitlement by serving a notice of seizure on an intermediary whose
securities intermediary's jurisdiction within the meaning of the
Securities Transfer Act is Alberta, the following applies:
(a) the agency is entitled to receive any information or
documents relating to the security entitlement that the
intermediary is required to give to the enforcement debtor;
(b) the intermediary shall pay to the agency any distribution,
dividend or other payment in respect of the security
entitlement that would otherwise be payable by the
intermediary to the enforcement debtor;
(c) the agency is entitled to give any direction to the
intermediary regarding the seized security entitlement that
the enforcement debtor would otherwise be entitled to give.
