Current to 2022-12-15 · Official PDF

(1) A company may by special resolution appoint inspectors to
investigate its affairs.
(2) Inspectors so appointed have the same powers and duties as
inspectors appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, except
that, instead of reporting to the Lieutenant Governor in Council,
they shall report in the manner and to the persons that the company
in general meeting may direct.
(3) Directors, managers, officers, and agents of the company in
case of refusal to produce any book or document required to be
produced to inspectors so appointed, or to answer any question, are
liable to be proceeded against in the same manner as if the
inspectors had been appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in
Council.
