204 Cancellation for cause
Registrar may issue to the Lieutenant Governor in Council a
certificate declaring that the Registrar is satisfied that the
incorporation of any company should be revoked and cancelled.

(2) On receipt of the certificate, the Lieutenant Governor in
Council may revoke and cancel the incorporation of the company
and declare the company to be dissolved on any conditions and
subject to any provisions the Lieutenant Governor in Council
considers proper.
(3) Every person who by himself or herself or in association with
others, carries on or attempts to carry on the business of a company
the incorporation of which has been revoked and cancelled, and
that has been declared to be dissolved, is guilty of an offence.
