269 General meetings
than one year, the liquidator shall summon a general meeting of the
company at the end of the first year from the commencement of the
winding-up, and at the end of each succeeding year, or as soon
thereafter as may be convenient, and shall lay before the meeting
an account of the winding-up during the preceding year, and shall,
within 7 days from the meeting date, file with the Registrar a
summary of the liquidator's accounts during that year.
(2) Every liquidator who fails to comply with the requirements of
this section is guilty of an offence.
