308 Division 4 Service, Sending and Authentication of Documents and Notices Notice to and service on a company

(1) A notice or document that is required or permitted to be
sent to or served on a company may be
RSA 2000

(a) delivered to or sent by recorded mail to the company's
registered office as shown in the last notice filed under
section 86(2) or last annual return filed under section
162(2)
,
(a.1) delivered to or sent by recorded mail to the company's a gent
for service or alternative agent for service at the address
shown in the last notice given to the Registrar under section
25(2)
(a), 29.1 or 29.2, or
(b) delivered to or sent by recorded mail to any director,
manager or other officer of the company.
(2) Repealed 2020 c25 s2(136).
(3) A notice or document sent by recorded mail to the company in
accordance with subsection (1)(a) or (a.1) is deemed to be received
or served at the time it would be delivered in the ordinary course of
mail unless there are reasonable grounds for believing that the
company did not receive the notice or document at that time or at
all.
