62 General Provisions as to Conversions Conversion not to affect debts
affects any debts, liabilities, obligations or contracts incurred or
entered into by, to, with or on behalf of the company before the
conversion, and any legal proceedings in respect thereof may be
continued or commenced against it in the same manner as if the
conversion had not taken place.
