10.2 Developer's obligation to apply for certificates, approvals and permits
certificate, approval or permit required by law that relates to the
real property of a corporation, the common property or managed
property, that obligation does not expire by virtue of
(a) the registration of the condominium plan,
(b) the election of a board pursuant to section 29, or
(c) the developer no longer being an owner.
