21.1 Preparation of converted property study
conversion, arrange for the preparation of a converted property
study by a professional engineer or registered architect for the real
and personal property of the corporation, the common property and
managed property.
(2) A converted property study referred to in subsection (1) must
be prepared in accordance with the regulations.
