30.1 Special general meetings
so, convene a special general meeting of the corporation by
providing written notice to each owner, subject to the regulations,
no less than 14 days prior to the day on which the meeting is to be
convened.
(2) The board shall, on the written request of owners whose units
represent not less than 15% of the total unit factors for all the units,
convene a special general meeting of the corporation by providing
written notice to each owner no less than 14 days prior to the day
on which the meeting is to be convened.
(3) A request under subsection (2) must include the nature of the
business to be dealt with at the meeting.
(4) A special general meeting under subsection (2) must be
convened within 30 days of receiving the request, and if the board
does not convene a meeting within that time period, the owners
may convene the meeting.
(5) A notice for a special general meeting must include the
purpose for which the meeting is being convened, including the
proposed wording of any resolution.
