69.1 Collection of information

(1) The Minister may collect, and require the disclosure of,
any information relating to a board, corporation, condominium plan
and the owners in accordance with the regulations.
(2) A corporation must disclose information required under
subsection (1) in accordance with the regulations.
(3) Repealed 2026 c12 s2.
