78.12 Change in undertaking by Court
undertaking may apply to the Court for an order to vary or cancel
the undertaking.
(2) On considering an application, the Court may
(a) refuse the application, or
(b) vary or cancel the undertaki ng and impose whatever terms
or conditions the Court considers proper.
