78.42 Advertisement of judicial decision
Court may make a further order requiring the developer to
advertise to the public particulars of any order, judgment or other
relief granted by the Court.
(2) In making an order under subsection (1), the Court may specify
(a) the methods of making the advertisement so that it will
ensure prompt and reasonable communication to consumers;

(b) the contents or form, or both, of the advertisement;
(c) the number of times the advertisement is to be made;
(d) any other conditions the Court considers proper.
