134 Notification of changes
15 days of
(a) a change in the address of the licensee's business office,
(b) a change in the partners of the business if the licence is
issued to a partnership, or
(c) a change in the officers or directors of the corporation i f the
licence is issued to a corporation.
(2) A person issued a licence who ceases to carry on the activities
for which the licence was issued must notify the Director within
15 days of the cessation of the activities and return the licence with
the notification.
