154 Change in undertaking by Court
undertaking may apply to the Court of King's Bench for an order to
vary or cancel the undertaking.
(2) On considering an application, the Court of King's Bench may
(a) refuse the application, or
(b) vary or cancel the undertaki ng and impose whatever terms
or conditions the Court considers proper.
