163 Non-compliance with orders, etc.
(a) fails to comply with an or der of the Director under section
129, 151(3) or 157, unless the order has been stayed,
(b) repealed 2005 c9 s58,
(c) furnishes false informati on or misrepresents any fact or
circumstance to an inspector or to the Director, or
(d) fails to comply with an undertaking under this Act
contravenes this Act and is guilty of an offence.
