3 Other rights unaffected
restrict, limit or derogate from any legal, equitable or statutory right
or remedy that the following may have:
( a ) a c o n s u m e r ;
(b) a person dealing with a rep orting agency as defined in Part
5, licensee or loan broker;
(c) a borrower or lessee to which Part 9 applies;
(d) a borrower to whom Part 12.1 applies.
