180 Division 5 Delivery Delivery of securities
any security of the specified issue
(a) repealed 2022 c16 s3(38),
(b) in registered form in the name of the transferee, or
(c) endorsed to the person or in blank.
(2) Subsection (1) is subject to any agreement to the contrary, to
any applicable law or to any applicable regulation or stock
exchange rule.
