24 Knowledge of articles and bylaws
the contents of the articles and bylaws of the cooperative.
(2) Subject to subsection (1), no person is deemed to have
knowledge of the contents of a document by reason only that it is
filed with the Registrar or is available for inspection at the
cooperative.
