295 Compellable witnesses
inspector, has knowledge relevant to an investigation is a
compellable witness in any proceeding under this Part.
(2) A witness may be questioned under oath on anything relevant
to any matter before the Court-appointed inspector and is not to be
excused from answering any question on the ground that the
answer might tend to
(a) incriminate the person,
(b) subject the person to punishment under this Act, or
(c) establish liability
(i) in a civil proceeding at th e instance of the Crown or of
any other person, or
(ii) to prosecution under any Act.
