334 Notice of refusal by Registrar
be sent to the Registrar under this Act or the regulations unless the
document does not comply with this Act or the regulations.
(2) If the Registrar refuses to file a document, the Registrar must
give written notice of the refusal to the person who sent the
document, giving reasons for the refusal.
