369 Application for registration
by sending to the Registrar a statement in the form set by the
Registrar.
(2) The statement must be accompanied with
(a) a copy of the charter of th e extra-provincial cooperative,
(b) documents relating to cooperative names that are prescribe d
by the regulations, and
(c) the appointment of its agent for service, in a form set by the
Registrar.
(3) If all or any part of the applicant's charter is not in the English
language, the Registrar may require a translation of the charter or
that part of the charter to be provided before the extra-provincial
cooperative is registered.
