4 How to apply for incorporation
applicant must send to the Registrar
(a) articles of incorporation,
(b) a notice of the registered office in the detail required b y the
Registrar,
(c) a notice of the names and a ddresses of directors in the detail
required by the Registrar,
(d) - (g) repealed 2022 c16 s3(4),
(h) the fee prescribed by t he regulations, if any, and
(i) anything else required by the regulations.
