93 Division 8 Officers of a Cooperative Types of offices and functions
agreement, the directors may
(a) designate the offices of the cooperative;
(b) specify the powers an d duties of each office;
(c) appoint any individual 18 years of age or older, including a
director, to be an officer;
(d) appoint one individual to hold more than one office;
(e) delegate to the officers th e power to manage the business
and affairs of the cooperative, except a power referred to in
section 89(3).
