204 Administrative, supervisory and consultative positions
designate a teacher to an administrative, supervisory or consultative
position.
(2) When an organization representing teachers carries on
collective bargaining on behalf of the teachers, a board and the
organization
(a) may, through negotiation, include or exclude from the
teachers on whose behalf the organization is bargaining any
teacher who has been designated by the board to an
administrative, supervisory or consultative position, and
(b) must exclude from the t eachers on whose behalf the
organization is bargaining any teacher who as a result of
making an election under section 5.1 of the Teaching
Profession Act is not an active member of The Alberta
Teachers' Association.
