22 Off-campus education programs

(2) A board may enter into an agreement with a person to provide
a workplace for students who are participating in an off-campus
education program.
(3) When a student wishes to participate in an off-campus
education program, the board shall obtain the consent of the
student's parent or, if the student is 16 years of age or older, of the
student.
(4) A student who is participating in an off-campus education
program is considered to be attending school while at the
workplace provided for the program.
