221 Unqualified teachers
not knowingly employ as a teacher a person who does not hold a
teaching certificate.
(2) Unless otherwise authorized under this Act, a person shall not
teach in a school operated by a board unless that person holds a
teaching certificate.
(3) A person who is not permitted to teach is not entitled to
recover any remuneration for the person's services as a teacher.
