225.4 Unprofessional conduct
(a) is detrimental to the best interests of students, the public,
teachers or teacher leaders or the teaching profession,
(b) does not comply with the code of professional conduct, or
(c) is the basis for a conviction for an indictable offence
constitutes unprofessional conduct.
