225.995 Hearings Notice of hearing
complaint, the chair of the hearing committee shall forthwith set
the date, time and location of the hearing.
(2) At least 15 days before the date set for the hearing, the chair of
the hearing committee shall serve on the Commissioner and the
teacher or teacher leader who is the subject of the hearing a notice
stating
(a) the date, time and lo cation of the hearing, and
(b) reasonable particulars of the complaint to be heard.
